The Shamanic Path is a year long program of experiential and initiatory processes for women and men who are committed to being a healing presence in the world and are called by the spirits and their communities to offer their unique healing gifts. We will meet in Seattle for eight weekends during which we will explore core shamanic techniques as well as a variety of cross-cultural practices designed to awaken the healer within. Beginning in February 2009, we will meet for three weekly evening sessions to practice the techniques we have learned. Please see the website for all details.

This two-year program starts with learning to do shamanic journeys, building
relationships in the Spirit world, and deepening our personal practice, and
moves students into the deep healing tools of the shamanic practitioner: soul
retrieval, extraction, psychopomp workk. This program is based in Celtic
shamanism, with strong contributions from plant medicine, and the Faery Doctoring
healing traditions of Ireland. In this work we find a deep and profound
medicine to serve us all our lives.

Sometimes, a person who has experienced soul loss or other traumas may find that they have become a host to suffering beings or entities. These suffering beings may live off of a person’s energy and influence them in a variety of ways. Substance abuse, illness, depression, phobias, emotional problems, suicidal tendencies and other issues may be in part due to the influence or overshadowing of beings that have attached to the client. These beings are, themselves, people whose own death experience has become compromised in such a way that they did not successfully make their own journey to the Light. The Heart Centered Clearing or depossession is a humane therapy that benefits both the client and the attached suffering being, even if that suffering being is reluctant to cross into the Light.
Cost: $365

Mediumship, a partnering of spirit and humanity, is one of the ways that these beings are able to offer their help.

Practitioners of shamanism live and work in the middle-world. This program is designed to provide a structure and framework for developing personal shamanic integration, self-authority and clear congruent connections with personal helping spirits and with clan totems. Working together in an ongoing program provides an opportunity to develop depth in spiritual and shamanic relationships and to hone skills to become a more effective practitioner. This program is dedicated to helping members of the shamanic community ripen into true Elders in order to serve the greater community with more power and awareness.
